One-on-One Program
I am super excited at the prospect of working with you towards your personal goals, through tailored one-on-one sessions. The sessions are designed to accommodate you specifically in a safe and comfortable space that allows you freedom to explore how yoga fits your unique self.

Prior to commencing our work together, this is an opportunity to reflect upon your personal goals; which can include your strengths and (without judgement), the things that you feel limit you.

This is one of the most essential points we can neglect when setting our goals; writing them down to give you a much clearer vision; therefore, creating a reference point to monitor your progress.

The survey is also intended to assist me to guide your practice mindfully with a well-informed background of both your goals and limitations.

Private sessions can include: meditation, breath focus and foundational alignment-orientated postures to support building your physical, mental and emotional bodies.
